I really wanted to love this planner because the layout is nice, but it’s a bit hit or miss for me. My regular pens bleed through the pages badly, so the back side ends up looking messy and isn’t that easy to use. It’s fine if you’re careful with what you write with, but not great for everyday pens.

I really wanted to love this planner because it’s very cute and the pages are nice to look at. But for the way I plan day to day, the layout just didn’t work that well. A few of the sections feel too small, and I kept running out of room for my regular daily notes and tasks. I think it could be great if you only write a little or use it more for light planning, but for me it ended up being kind of frustrating to use. For the price, I was hoping it would be a bit more practical for everyday use.

I was really disappointed that the pages started coming loose after only a week of using it. I expected it to hold up much better than that, i’d at least expect an apology for how quickly it fell apart.

I picked this up hoping it would give me a bit of inspiration, but thinking back on it, most of it kind of blends together in my memory. A lot of it felt too polished and perfect, like reading a bunch of nice little quotes rather than anything that actually motivated me. Maybe it lands better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel very honest or useful. I remember finishing it and feeling like I was still waiting for something more real.

I ordered a planner from emilyley.com because I thought it would be something I could easily toss in my bag for work and errands. It’s definitely cute, but once it arrived, I realized it was much bigger and heavier than I expected.
I’m trying not to overload my bag or carry around things that make my day more uncomfortable, so this just didn’t work for me. It ended up staying at home most of the time, which kind of defeats the purpose. Disappointing.

I wanted to like it, but the pages are way thinner than I expected, and as soon as I started writing I could see everything bleeding through to the other side. It’s kind of distracting, because then I’m thinking about the ink showing through instead of actually using the notebook. Maybe it’s fine for pencil or super light writing, but for me it just feels too flimsy...

I had an issue with my order and thought it would be one of those quick, normal customer service things. You know, explain the problem, they look into it, and it gets sorted. Silly me.

Instead, I got slow replies from what I can only describe as the Copy-Paste Crew. Every message felt like it came from someone playing “Customer Support Simulator” without reading anything I actually wrote.

In the end, my issue wasn’t really fixed. It just got shoved into the “good enough, close the ticket” pile. Annoying experience overall, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I went in hoping to grab a few specific things, but of course they were out of stock again. It’s so frustrating because I wasted time and energy going there for nothing. I left annoyed and still had to figure out where else to get everything...

I almost talked myself into ordering anyway, but after getting through payment, I started feeling unsure about whether it was even worth it. Maybe it’s great if you already love their exact style, but I wish there had been more options to feel confident about the purchase.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, and it’s been frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it feels like it’s taking way too long, and the longer I wait, the more disappointed I feel.

I probably picked this up at the worst time, right when I really needed to write a lot down. The boxes are just way too small for me, so it ended up being frustrating to use.

My order showed up in this flimsy mailer, and yeah... the corners of the planner were bent by the time it got here. For what it costs, I just figured it would be packed a little more carefully. Not the end of the world, but annoying

I bought this hoping it would actually protect my stuff, but somehow I ended up with one that cracked after just a week. I barely even had time to use it before it started falling apart. Frustrating, because it feels like these things always happen to me.

I’ve said this a few times already, but the site just really isn’t my style. The pastel colors feel like too much, and the whole layout looks kind of busy to me. It’s not very pleasant to look at, and I don’t really know how else to explain it.

I’ve emailed them twice about my order and still haven’t gotten an actual answer. It’s so frustrating. Once they have your money, it really feels like they just stop caring

My order arrived with the wrong colors, which was a little annoying at first. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, but I was expecting what I picked out.

I was annoyed when this showed up because it didn’t look like the photos at all. The listing really wasn’t clear, and I felt like I had to guess what I was actually getting. Definitely not what I thought I ordered

I tried to exchange my order, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, and the steps weren’t very clear, so I felt like I had to keep double-checking everything just to make sure I didn’t get stuck with something I couldn’t use. For me, it wasn’t worth the stress, and I’d be cautious about ordering again.

I was ready to place my order, but then the shipping cost showed up and it felt like I was being pushed out of buying it. The total jumped way too much, and it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Disappointing because I actually wanted the item, but at that point I just closed the cart
